- Build adaptable logistics, packaging, and partner networks that can support expansion into new regions, modalities (autologous → allogeneic), and clinical-tocommercial transitions without redesigning the supply chain
- Embed risk mitigation and redundancy into critical nodes from day one:
- Proactively address single points of failure (e.g., manufacturing slots, customs clearance, cryo capacity, first/last mile) by implementing dual sourcing, contingency routing, and performance-based partner management
