James is a supply chain and procurement leader with over five years at Legend Biotech, driving reliability and scalability across the CAR-T and advanced therapy supply network. He currently serves as Director of US Supply Chain & Procurement, overseeing end-to-end supply chain strategy, planning, logistics, and procurement operations. He also led Global Procurement – Direct Materials, where he built global sourcing capabilities, governance frameworks, and processes while supporting the formation of a sourcing organization for Carvykti. His earlier roles include Associate Director of US Supply Chain and Site Supply Chain Lead for Raritan’s CAR-T operations, ensuring seamless, patient-focused supply continuity.
