Rachel Rubiano

Manager, Clinical Operations & Logistics Kite Pharma Inc

My career in the biotech industry began 7.5 years ago, during which I’ve gained extensive experience. As a logistics coordinator, I managed patient enrollment and cell journeys for hundreds of patients. Recently, I transitioned into a management role, allowing me to step back from daily operations and focus on process improvements, problem-solving, and team support. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new cuisines, hiking, biking, practicing yoga, and spending time with friends, my husband, and our two pugs. I love living in Los Angeles, where the great weather year-round supports my active lifestyle.
